Tonight, I'm on my way.

Tiger Mountain Peasant Song

Not bad for a cover.
Not bad at all.

For more from First Aid Kit as these girls are called, visit here.

"You're Not Coming Home Tonight" is pretty swell, but I recommend listening to any of those songs posted on their site.
Especially "Blue Christmas" since it's the season and all.

Goodnight.

Leather, please.

A good, fitted leather jacket is essential to any wardrobe.
And this leather bomber jacket by Muu Baa is just my cup of tea.
I'd prefer it in black, but grey would work as well even if it's a bit pricey.
I think something's wrong with me.
To be such a neat and organized person, I've turned into (within the past week) a disorderly, untidy, unkempt person as far as things go.
I think it's stress.
Because when huge projects come up, my room starts to look like an abyss of clothes and papers.
And when I stress, I clean.
So, I guess I give myself something to do.
In any case, I'm telling you that my room is filthy.
Well, not grungy, but messy.

Oh well.
I'll clean when it hits me.

Can I have one of these?

Curling up next to a fire, preferably outside, sharing a warm cup of hot chocolate and roasting marshmallows sounds pretty nice right about now. I was able to do the latter over Thanksgiving with Claire and Caleb accompanied by the children of course. Normally, when roasting marshmallows, it's rather difficult to get a perfectly roasted marshmallow, but Caleb found a new method. He sat the graham cracker, with chocolate and marshmallow on top, on a brick facing the fire and turned it every few minutes to get a golden brown nicely roasted marshmallow. Needless to say we devoured the entire bag of marshmallows and Sam surprised me with his gooey hands in my hair. I'm sure there are still remnants of marshmallow and leaves in my hair. Well, probably (and hopefully!) not.

Man, that felt like a huge run-on sentence.
I'm so sorry.
