"The Old Days" on Letterman





Saw Dr. Dog Monday night and it was phenomenal. I wasn't too sure what to expect as I had never previously searched out live videos, but in a way I'm glad I didn't in order to fully experience them. Man, it was so delightful.

Also, never have been to Asheville prior to the show either. Ate at the Laughing Seed and had some mighty delicious ginger sweet potato puree soup, which I definitely recommend. Oh, and I tested some blackberry honey wine, which was also quite splendid.

Man, what a good old pop song. But that guy can't sing, at all. I think I've heard the bassist sing another song and liked it.

The bassist has a real nice voice. The guy singing in this song sounds much better live. I feel though that this version of the song isn't as sharp, but it's the only live one I could find that wasn't acoustic.
